Ableton Level 1: Electronic Music Production Course

Do you have a desire of making banging tracks like your favorite artist but you don't know your kick drum from your EQ, then this is the course for you.

We have designed the course to take you through the stages of making your own music, from drum programming to audio manipulation we have you covered. This is all done with practical examples using references from the biggest names in electronic music.

The course is taught by Michael L Penman who has released music on legendary techno labels, Minus, Ovum, and Tronic. As well as this he has engineered music on labels like KMS, Armada, Simia Black, Toolroom, and many more. He has also worked on sound design projects for Splice, Ableton, Roland, Novation, and many more. Throughout this time Michael has been teaching and tutoring the next generation of electronic music superstars, helping them make their way in the industry. The course is geared towards having fun making music and not getting bogged down on too much of the technical stuff (though, for the nerds of you out there, don't worry we have included an in-depth section for many of the effects and instruments used in the course.)

Also with the course, you will get a sample and preset pack that is 3.9GB with over 2300 audio loops, clips, midi loops, audio effects, instrument racks, one-shots, midi loops, and presets. Along with the course, this gives you a huge wealth of knowledge and tools to make your own music.

The course is designed to be modular, so for example, if you only like house music, you can jump to the drums section, find the house drum programming lecture and then move on to bass, music, and so on. And once you achieve your goal of making a top-notch house tune maybe you will want to explore other genres like hip hop to help enhance your production techniques. Otherwise, if you are wanting to learn it all you can by going through each section where we take you through these stages
